Not recognizing ERC-1155 NFT Tokens/Transactions

Describe the problem:
Here is an example of where I sold an ERC-1155 Token on OpenSea

Koinly doesn’t see any of my townstar ERC-1155 Tokens as NFTs, and doesn’t seem to reconcile the buying and selling of them, although it sees the transactions. There’s no cost basis for what I bought any of them for. Koinly sees all the random NFTs people have dropped to me, that I don’t want, but all the town star NFTs I bought last year, it can’t seem to see them or process them in my wallet.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
MetaMask wallet

How did you import data into this wallet?
Through the website, gave the website my public key

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Nothing I can do really

Thanks for posting this.

We created a bug ticket for our devs regarding this not long ago and I am happy to announce that this is being worked on. I don’t have an ETA but given the severity of the issue, I would guess very soon. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello, I noticed some ERC 1155 NFTs are missing on my account. I tried to look at that Canny link but it says:

Yeah, my bad - our data import tickets were recently moved to a different platform so users will not see this.

I will instead, be updating this thread about this ticket - hopefully soon :crossed_fingers:

Is this going to get fixed before tax day or not? I have to do my taxes this weekend. The fix is WORTHLESS to me on Monday.
