# NEXO Fixed term deposits messing up wallet

**Describe the problem:**  
Hi, I have all my coins in fixed term savings contracts on Nexo, and none of them show up in the wallet on Koinly, making my entire tax calculation way off for last year. I was going to submit my Crypto tax return to my accountant today, but this is not possible until this is sorted out.

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
NEXO

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
Using .csv

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
I tried to remove all the rows related to fixed term deposits, both ways so:  
approved / Transfer from Savings Wallet to Term Wallet  
&  
approved / Transfer from Term Wallet to Savings Wallet

But this doesn’t seem to solve the issue.

Do you have any idea if / when this might be fixed?

HI - I had a huge headache with nexo and Koinly/ I found a fix at nexo.how. You make a few changes to the csv and upload it, and it gets fixed and sent back to you.
