Hi, I imported Nexo file and then I had to delete to add some new transactions and now my Nexo CSV file not importing? Can someone help please? 🙂 ---

This is already asked. It seems Nexo changed their CSV format. ---

Yes, Nexo changed their CSV format yesterday, March 31, 2022. This is a good thing because their CSV exports were broken in a major way. Among other things, exchanges from one coin to another were not recorded properly - now they are. Now we have to wait for KOINLY to support their new CSV format. ---

It’s fixed. There was still a problem with the new NEXO format on the NEXO side. It was not a Koinly issue. They recommended deleting the old NEXO wallet in Koinly and creating a new one with the new format and complete transaction history from the beginning. I did that and everything lined up perfectly with all my other wallets. It sounds scary, but it was actually super simply and the best thing to do. ---

I am in the same boat! To be honest, considering Koinly is making you pay through the nose for tax reporting, I am shocked by how bad they are in reacting to this kind of things. Even before the change, I was using an external piece of code, created and shared by a kind user on Reddit, to preprocess the Nexo ectract, because the Koinly import was already broken. ---
