Describe the problem:
Hi - new user, trying to confirm I can get my wallets setup before buying a tax plan. I have imported all of my wallets, but now all of the transfers between them seem to not be marked correctly, so my balances are way over inflated. Is there a way to ask the system to comb through my data and rewire “send” or “receive” items as transfers and have the items sync up correctly? Or is that a manual process - thousands of transactions to go through, so hope that isn’t the case!
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Seems to be all of them in my account - all were manually added via api or address.
How did you import data into this wallet?
All were added by API on the exchange or by wallet / coin address
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Trouble shooted to identify that the transfers aren’t seeing each other - ie, I add wallet 1 (which has a send to wallet 2, which hasn’t been added yet). I then add wallet 2, but the system doesn’t link the two and mark the send/receive as transfers.
