# NDAX - Koinly not pulling any data from API. Still!

I have had to use import of csv files every single time. Please fix this.

I find I have to consistently go into Troubleshoot section and “Resyn wallet from beginning” to sync new transactions. Simply clicking on Sync button/link doesn’t seem to pick up new transactions since the last sync.
