Missing transaction

Describe the problem:

Hi, there is a missing transaction that I cannot seem to resolve. I have contacted the exchange but they have said they are not sure and I should ask here.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Digital Surge

How did you import data into this wallet?

Both Sync + csv file
What have you tried to fix this so far?

I have reuploaded the csv and the specific transaction missing but it has not worked. i have also contacted the exchange

Transactions: 623
Imported with: API

  1. No airdrops/forks found
  2. 1 transactions are missing purchase history

I have the same problem. missing transactions from Digital surge. how was this resolved?
