Missing purchase order history between exchange transfer

Describe the problem:
I have imported csv files from 2 exchanges - Kraken and Bittrex. I have missing purchase order history even though the transfer between these exchanges both show same tx hash. It has not synced.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Kraken and Bittrex

How did you import data into this wallet?
Manually CSV
