Missing purchase history on Futures trades even though I am not

Describe the problem:
Missing a significate amount of purchase history with my future trades specifically all my losses.
All of the data is in the spreadsheet, there is nothing missing. system can’t seem to calculate cost bases when there is a loss.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Wallet: BloFin (BloFin)
Transactions: 6581
Imported with: CSV

  1. No trades found
  2. 1302 transactions are missing purchase history
    ---- Missing 267059.11818635 USDT between 2024-04-09 08:28:00 UTC and 2025-03-04 04:47:00 UTC

How did you import data into this wallet?
P&L provided to be by Blofin

What have you tried to fix this so far?
a bunch of small things but nothing seems to help. The system picks up my first 2 loses then starts to fail even though everything is input the same way.

Missing purchase history errors are generally due to lack of data imported.

The files needed from Blofin are:

  1. Deposits
  2. Withdrawals
  3. Orders history (spot)
  4. Orders history (futures)
  5. Funding fees (futures)
