Missing purchase history in CoinJar

Describe the problem:
I have synced my entire CoinJar history via both API and CSV upload, but I am still getting an error related to 8 transactions missing purchase history

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Coinjar

How did you import data into this wallet?
API and CSV (separately)

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Delete wallet, try CSV. Delete wallet, try API.

On the Coinjar site I can see transactions going back to 2014. When I export to CSV or connect via API, I only get transactions back to 2015. So maybe Coinjar doesn’t export everything correctly?

Hi, it is possible that the API doesnt return data for 2014. We will check with coinjar. In the meantime you can try contacting their support about how to retrieve those older trades.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve reached out to Coinjar support and requested a full transaction log. There’s nothing wrong with your tools, so feel free to close this ticket when you’re ready.

The Coinjar API currently only returns data after 1 Dec 2014.
