Describe the problem:
I got lots of Missing purchase history for Matic during a certain period.
It looks like the error started to happen when I moved Matic from Kucoin to the Matic network on metamask, then deposited Matic into AAVE. Later on, I borrowed USDT or USDC…
Checked… it seems all transactions and history are there. But Koinly seems to be unable to read history.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
kucoin to ETH on Metamask or Matic on Metamask, then deposit into AAVE
How did you import data into this wallet?
Use “Polygon (MATIC)” blockchain, add my Matic Mainnet Address got from metamask, then click “import”
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Check all my matic transactions, kucoin transactions… It looks like everything there.
