Thanks for bringing this to our attention - our devs are aware of this and are working on a fix - ETA is Monday 18th July.
For now, the error should not prevent you from syncing your transactions, its an internal Koinly error, not from Coinbase 
I’m also having this problem but it’s not syncing transactions either. Is there a way to still get transactions to sync ?
