Koinly helped provide a custom CSV file that I summited from SmipleSwap.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I am missing all the purchase history in the custom file. If the custom file contained all the ID per transactions then I believe the history should be there. SimpleSwap is an exchange for one crypto to another. Most of the 70 transactions were funded from crypto purchased in my ledger wallet, then exchange to smipleswap exchange for crypto I desired to an appropriate wallet for holding.. I am not sure how to create a custom advance CSV file to include all the needed information. Now I have a SimpleSwap wallet I created in Koinly that reflects 16, 000 dollars in crypto that is not there. The exchange transfer the crypto to the destination wallet supporting holding that typer of crypto. Now sure how to fix this? Can you help me, get this issue corrected properly? I downloaded a new history csv file from SimpleSwap but do not know how to created the advance CSV file that will include all needed information in the proper format.. The original one Koinly helped with is missing all purchased history.
