How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleting wallet, disable api

Really getting tired of this lately. Its seems the problem lies with the coins having 2 kinds and the api listing it to the wrong coin

Sample:
xqk (with logo)
Then xqk (with no logo)

Mwg (with logo)
Mwg ( without log)

Api is connecting to xqk non logo version which it shouldn’t be. This shows all my downloaded transactions for this coins incorrectly which isnt connected to coinmarketcap to give any price. Its basicaly a Null

Support seems slow in helping and I’m thinking about leaving because this is impossible to use if not matching coins

I’m afraid we’ve had a bit of a back log to go through so the response times have been a bit longer than usual. Sorry about that!

This looks like it’s related to the mapping of the tokens and how they are being assigned.
Usually these don’t take us very long to fix, but as I mentioned we’re having a bit more work to do than usual, so it might take a bit longer.

I will pass this along to our tokens guy so he can look into it!

I email support a week ago and contact them via chat too and still no help. Its been 2 days since my Last message via chat.

How are we ment to manage our crpyto portfolio when it’s not adding up and support arnt fixing our problems.
