MEXC Synch error: To amount must be less than 10^15

Describe the problem:
Ever since I deposited TESLAI token, MEXC will no longer synch. It reports this error:
To amount must be less than 10^15.
I have trillions of these tokens, and I suspect that is why.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
MEXC

How did you import data into this wallet?
API Synch

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried to re-synch repeatedly.
