# MEXC api not syncing

**Describe the problem:**
I now get the [403] Access Denied You don’t have permission to access "[http://www.mexc.com/open/api/v2/order/deals?"](http://www.mexc.com/open/api/v2/order/deals?%22) on this server. Reference #18.c7cf3617.1673201843.28cdd0cb error after resyncing to many times… Do I need koinly’s IP address to add to mexc’s api settings to whitelist it?

**How did you import data into this wallet?**
API, also tried adding csv files…
**What have you tried to fix this so far?**
tried to make another api, didn’t work.

Hey mekial2222,
At the moment Koinly doesn’t support IP whitelisting so at the moment it will be a case of creating a new key every 90 days, but this is on our team’s to-do list.
When the API keys were created, these permissions need enabling (only the ‘Read’ permissions) so that Koinly can see everything in the account. Did you make sure to do this? If not, can you please create a new API key with these permissions?

I am having the same issue, regardless of the permissions I select. Koinly and MEXC simply won’t sync for some reason. Same error

I finally got it working again. I had to contact mexc, explain the problem and they have to send it to their proper department. After I contacted them through their messenger system in the site (logged in) and after explain to them everything and provided screenshots, they said they sent it to the necessary department and it would be a few business days. I tried it again a couple days after and it worked again.
