Describe the problem:
I have synced my MetaMask wallet, and there should be a few transactions on the Fantom Network appearing, however there are no transactions listed.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have refreshed, deleted and re-added the wallet.
For fantom, avalanche or anyother metamask compatible chain that isnt Ethereum mainnet. You need to load the scanner for the chain. For fantom this will be ftmscan, you should be able to load this from within your metamask account when meta is connected to fantom opera. Click my total number of transaction, scroll down & download the CSV file. Copy this file into Koinly.
I ah having the same problem with Fantom. I tried these steps and it did not work for me. I do not see a way to load the FTMScan from my Metamask account. Can someone please provide more detailed instructions? Thanks.
