MELD coin incorrectly shows 0 balance

Team,

I own MELD tokens as received in the transactions however no matter how many I add/remove via transactions, my dashboard shows the balance owned is 0. I’ve attempted to manually add/remove MELD to initiate a dashboard update but no matter what I do, it stays at 0.

These coins are not staked and just sitting in my Cardano wallet. This wallet has cardano sync enabled but that sync has never returned any transactions. All of my transactions have been imported manually.

In the wallet dropdown for MELD, it has a yellow (i) and says: “Your calculated balance on this wallet is different from what the API has reported. This can indicate an incomplete transaction history.”

The calculated balance in that message is correct but the reported balance is 0. No matter how much I add manually, it will not show my total. The API of course doesn’t work so all I have is the manual “import” option.

What do I have to do to get my Meld balance and cost visible on the dashboard?

Because the API is not adding any transactions, it apparently has an affect on balances reported in the wallet. I disabled the currently useless API sync function and my balance popped up correctly! Please fix the ADA sync so we can stop the endless manual update for Cardano transactions. This is Koinly’s biggest downfall for me at this point and as Cardano gains speed and adoption, support for a sync will have a major affect on my long term support. Koinly is working great for the most part across the rest of my portfolio. Thanks.
