Manually Adding Transaction Does Not Accept Coin Symbol

I have a Paid Account. After 3 days Support has not answered the following message: After uploading my transaction report from GateHub exchange/wallet the Import Summary list 8 coins as “Currency not found”.
I watched the “How to manually add transactions” video and followed it. I clicked on the add transaction button and selected Deposit. I input all the required information from the GateHub CSV. The “manual add transaction” accepted everything except for the Coin (currency) ticker symbol. When I type in the ticker symbol it does not come up in the list so defaults to USD. I should be able to manually add a coin when manually adding a transaction.
Here is the list of the 8 coins that need to be listed that the manual add is not accepting. How can I get these 8 added?
