# Luna Classic - API Error: Something went wrong while syncing, try again in a few minutes or contact support

**Describe the problem:**  
Have this error message that will now go away from the wallet. “An error occurred while trying to sync this wallet. You can try to sync again or contact support if the error persists.”

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Luna Classic

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
Using the wallet that Koinly provides for public wallet address terra134368jg3gx5gg5qmstmdenlxrdx2cys7lwslus

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
Delete the wallet. Recreate the wallet connection with the Terra Classic wallet. Resync after waiting some time. None of these steps have resolved the error.
