Luna 2.0 Transactions Not Syncing

Describe the problem:
The api to sync Luna 2.0 Transactions is not working. I am unable to retrieve transactions that have occurred from the 2 months ago. New transactions don’t appear to be syncing at all.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Luna 2.0

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have deleted the wallet and tried to resync about 5 times to no avail. I have also tried manually adding the transactions with the tx hash but the API.
