# Loopring (LRC) API Sync Issue as of November 2022

**Describe the problem:**  
The API Sync is running into issues. I’ve tried deleting the wallet multiple times and re-syncing, the problem persists.

> 1. Something went wrong while syncing, try again in a few minutes or contact support.

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Loopring L2

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
Tried auto sync and it runs into issues. Attempting to import the transactions file from explorer, [https://explorer.loopring.io/](https://explorer.loopring.io/) , does not load transactions correctly at present.

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
N/A
