Describe the problem:
Transactions aren’t being pulled from Kucoin except the two deposit transactions I did. All trades have been executed through the Kucoin bots.

Checked the permissions of the Kucoin API to make sure I’m giving suitable permissions, seems to be right.

I’ve been looking into Kucoin to see how to extract the data. Its not available in any of the order transactions. You cant seem to extract it at all via csv so I guess that is why Koinly cant access the data. What a pain!
Also having trouble because of the bot transactions. My capital gains are way off because of it
Having similar issues with Kucoin bots and now have an inflated USDT balance, but missing some of the coins that were purchased by the bots.
Same issue. My manual entry to account for the net LUNA bought with USDT while the bot ran isn’t correct and I’ll need to look into it because the end result is that Koinly is indicating an overstated profit on LUNA with corresponding loss on USDT
Due to the lack of exportable data either through CSV or API for the Kucoin Bots, I have decided to use the Send to Pool function on Koinly. This will require some manual work but ends up with a reasonable workaround as you can adjust the amount you get back from the Bot when ending it by adding rewards in the pool wallet before creating the ‘Receive from Pool’ transactions with the different of coins/tokens.
This is the only way I could find to adjust the amount of tokens after using a bot, track the FIAT value of the tokens and ensure that that the final amount of tokens were reported the same as the balances retrieved from the API.
Example attached shows a Spot Grid bot using the HORD/USDT pair.
