# Kucoin Sync Failing - Taking Forever

I’ve successfully connected Koinly to the API (I followed the Koinly video tutorial), but every time I go to sync a counter pops up saying: ‘Syncing Kucoin, In Progress, ETA 30 minutes’.

The 30 minute timer burns down to zero, and then it just sits there, endlessly, processing.

I’ve waited 24 hours and the message is now totally gone, and I have zero transactions listed.

What gives?

Please note: I partake in grid bot trading and have tens of thousands of transactions, so I figured maybe it’s just slow? But nothing shows up. Please help!
