# Kucoin missing purchase history / costs!

I’m missing only one particular date on my Kucoin transaction history and this was xdc coin transfer from Kucoin to Xinfin wallet , as two separate transactions ! I know it is just a litle bit over a year , literally Jan 30th 2023 !  
I tried , first API sync , than manual file import . Kucoin generated CSV file , i drugged to Koinly and nothing , it said file can’t be recognized / error !  
I tried all the steps Koinly wants , gray / blue / yallow tasks to fix the problem and can’t import !  
I purchased xdc coin on Kucoin over a two years ago . Last year , i didn’t use Koinly for tax purpose , so I printed on paper , and I have a prof of transaction , but I don’t know if Koinly can override this error and itegrate this paper printed CSV to my tax report summary ???  
Please let me know , how can we fix this issue !
