Describe the problem:
I got the below error when trying to sync Kucoin Wallet using Kucoin API

400100: currentPage must >= 1 and <= 100 (200)

This problem did not happen when I last logged in to Koinly a few months ago.

The second issue is that I don’t see any transactions made by Kucoin Trading Bot. Please advise on why those are not synced.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Granted Kucoin API all access to trading, general, etc

It should solve the issue!

As for the trade bot transactions; they unfortunately don’t export these via API so you need to download a CSV with those trades and upload to Koinly.

I did set up the API exactly as the instructions you sent but still see that same API error. Does it mean that I have to manually export the normal trades and drops (not tradebot transactions) as CSV as well? Your help is much appreciated!

Just want to check back in regarding my previous questions. Could you advise on what I need to do? The only reason I paid for Koinly tax package was because of the integration with Kucoin. If it doesn’t work, please advise how I can get my money back.

I got the same error when I turned Trade permissions on as instructed by the Koinly API guidance to get lending interest. Once I turned that off the error went away. However- I’m still having huge errors with incorrect balances etc with Kucoin lately…
