# Kucoin api uploads

**Describe the problem:**  
Kucoin api internal transfers broken

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
kucoin

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
API

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
Twitter, email, and koinly discuss no response

I think I found a solution however if your using the api like I was you’ll have to go back and soft delete all the transactions you have made up until 2022 started then get the cvs upload and upload that to your kucoin. I have deleted all the transactions I had since the start of 2022 but it is now updating I hope it lines up otherwise I guess were screwed as api uploads cannot be removed???

why I have no f\*\*king idea if a exchange api breaks AKA kucoin you cannot delete the upload only soft delete!! stup\*d.

Ill update if it works

Seems to have worked try this because if you sync with the API your gains and losses will be all out of wack and WRONG!!!

Koinly may need more customer support?

when you do internal transfers from you kucoin wallets

main—\> trading = deposit (NOPE)  
trading----\> main = withdrawl (NOPE)
