Koinly tax reports show a few purchases of 0 tokens

I just downloaded my Turbotax Online report as well as my full tax report. While the reports look fine for the most part, I did notice a handful of entries that don’t make sense to me.

To illustrate, here’s the corresponding Cost Analysis for one of the weird entries:

The second line looks correct - I paid a transaction fee of 0.0011 ETH, and it came out of a lot that I acquired a month earlier.

But the first line is confusing. It’s telling me that I paid $6.94 for 0 ETH on December 17 and then sold it a month later for $0. How is this possible? It looks like Koinly is just creating a capital loss out of nothing.

I’m thinking I’ll just delete these entries from the CSV report, but I wanted to make sure I’m not missing anything obvious here. Any help would appreciated. Thanks!
