Describe the problem:
Transactions are missing a lot of information. It is only pulling in the transaction fees and not the amounts transferred. It also is not pulling in stacking rewards or transitions showing the nomination or revoking the nomination. In its current state the API is unusable. As a paying pro subscriber, this very disappointing.

Importing transitions from bock explorers and manually updating transactions. The larger number of transaction I have, this is an impossible task.
Every way I try to up load the missing transactions to correct what the API has pulled in, it does not work… It is clear that software is programmed to always assume the API pulled in correct data. Most of the info it pulled is correct, however the few places where it is missing information is really messing this up. I tried to up load a manually created CSV files with the missing transactions, the fee from the transaction and the TxHash number. Same date, time and TxHash as the existing transactions the API pulled it. Koinly splits off the transferred values correctly, but it makes an additional fee entry. I would pull off the fee from the CSV file I up load, but some of the fees are missing or wrong from what the API pulls in. So now I will also need to go through my transactions manually and fix each fee that the API pulled in incorrectly. A way to override the what the API pulls with the new Tx data from the CSV would really help in this instance… The software calculates so slowly you have to bring the transactions offline into excel so you can work on them. Otherwise you have to wait 10 to minuets between each change… This is so bad…
Okay, so after about a week of trying to get this fixed, (without any support from the Koinly team after repeated attempts to contact them and I am a paying pro+ member… not happy about this and will not be recommending them to anyone). I have a path and a understanding about what is broken here. The API Koinly is using is passing incorrect and incomplete information. It looks like they are using data from moonscan and they are reporting incorrect information from the Tx level. I am missing a number of transactions because the Koinly API (and moonscan) report transaction fees of 0.00 MOVR, when really there are Tx costs. Or it reports the incorrect amount all together and you have to add a whole addition transaction as Koinly will not let you change transactions imported from the API. I am having to sort through 12000+ transactions and compare them to blockscout explorer. Blockscout reports the correct information and has an easy to follow balance tracker page. If you are also dealing with this, use blockscout to compare the reported balances from Koinly. This way you can find out where the transactions are missing and manually add the missing ones. It is a major pain, but the only path forward I have been able to find after spending 30+ hours this week trying to deal with this… I am happy to help others in this situation if you have questions as you won’t be getting support from Koinly… Best of luck!
