We wish to export our prior years tax data that we imported back in March 2024, using the Bulk Edit CSV export feature.
However, when I attempted to do this today, your AI bot chat feature BLOCKED me from doing so, saying I had to pay for a plan. I paid for my plan last year. It did not offer any information on the charges to do this, or how many transactions I have or even a link to pay. Or how much it will cost?
For example, I do not know how many transactions are logged into my account in 2023. I paid $69 last year for your service. I feel like this is DATA HIJACKING FOR PROFIT.
Please advise me on how to extract ALL of my Koinly transactions and why I am being charged to access my own data, when I do not desire to use Koinly to prepare my 2024 taxes.
Please advise me on what must be done to get my data out of your system without having to pay for an account I won’t use and don’t need. This seems really unfair as we were not happy with all the issues we reported last year to you about CSV importing.
If I am forced to pay to download my own data, which is outrageous, what is the minimum plan charge to do this. I am talking about creating one export file with all my data.
