Hi there, I’ve found that my BitMax (now AscendEx) exchange account API is no longer working - it seems that they updated to a V2 api on 15th June, and now my old BitMax API credentials and new API credentials both return ‘502 - bad gateway’. Appreciate your help with this

The BitMax API is still not working. I can use my key/secret directly with a small script so I know for sure the params are ok. But Koinly is unable to sync with it saying the API key is wrong.
Note that they recently changed their API endpoint, and bitmax.io is no longer working. You need to change it to https://ascendex.com/api/v1
Hi there, thanks alot for fixing this quickly - it’s now syncing, but incorrectly. I have two tokens on the exchange, and only one is showing in Koinly, as transactions for the other (in June) are missing. I also see trades shown in Koinly as withdrawals. Thanks in advance for your help here.

This might be happening because of the limitations of the data provided by this API.

If not because of this, then there might be something else going wrong. If you are not able to resolve it then I would recommend contacting us at support@koinly.io since we would need to look into your account directly to see what could be wrong.
