Japan - correct cost basis not supported

Two different accounting methods are used in Japan for calculating cost basis:

  1. Moving average method (Koinly ACB) – 移動平均法
  2. Total average method – 総平均法

However, the default has now been set to option 2 - Total Average. The ACB method is no longer supported default in Japan (it’s only an option for those who notified the NTA beforehand a few years back, basically it cannot be used anymore).
