Issue with NIOX Swap

Describe the problem:
On Jan 24 I exchanged ETH for NIOX. The transaction looks correct, but the number of coins doesn’t show on the dashboard or in the wallet. It should show 5013.9466 NIOX and it shows zero. Also, the ticker symbol isn’t correct. Koinly is showing the ticker as NIO instead of NIOX and is not picking up the price

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
This was done through my Metamask wallet on Uniswap

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I edited the transaction as best I could without completely messing it up

I am also currently experiencing this issue. All of my NIOX that is sync’d via MetaMask wallet is being logged as NIO. The apparent mismatch is messing with cost basis and portfolio reporting.

Any progress on this?

I am having this same issue - my NIOX appears as NIO, but there is no value associated with it so all of my numbers for gains/losses are off.

It looks like I am in the same situation where I am experiencing this issue. My NIOX is shown as NIO which cannot be tracked. Please let us know if this is being addressed.
