Integrating Bitbuy with Koinly

I am trying to auto-sync my Koinly wallet to my BitBuy account.

I have generated (read only) public and private keys, and
input them into the API Key and API Secret.
After checking with both BitBuy and Koinly support, they both affirm that the BitBuy Public Key is entered into the Koinly API Key and the BitBuy Private Key is entered into the Koinly API Secret.

I have done this with five attempts but the “API Error: Something went wrong while syncing, try again in a few minutes or contact support.” message persists.

I was advised by BitBuy to create “read only” keys. Could this be the source of the issue? If not, any other thoughts on what could be creating the issue. Note that I have generated fresh public/private keys for each attempt and I have allowed 24 hours in some cases for a first sync.

Anyone else solve this issue?
