I am trying to import a Veracity VRA wallet.

How did you import data into this wallet?
Trying to import into this wallet using a csv universal template
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I tried changing the column names, I tried using the example creating a copy of the example and copying my data into it, formatting the same as the example.
Still I get the AUTH TOKEN CORRUPTED error. Tried drag and drop, tried browsing, I was going to try to cram it into the smaller template but there are both sent and received columns in the spreadsheet from veracity.
