Importing transfers between subaccounts on Bitstamp

On Bitstamp, I have been using a subaccount to separate API based trades from manual trades. When I provided an API key to the main account, Koinly did not import anything from the subaccount, though. So I added a separate wallet to Koinly for the Bitstamp subaccount, with an API key linked directly to that subaccount. Then Koinly imported all the transactions in the subaccount fine. So I have now all the trades.

However, the transfers between the main account and subaccount were not imported by the API. This results in differences between calculated and actual balances on both the main account and the subaccount. For example, the main account is missing 0.99 ETH, while the subaccount has exactly the same amount of Ether too much. So it is clear, that a transfer between the two of 0.99 ETH is missing.

I can add these transfers manually. But is there a way to import them automatically in the future?
