How did you import data into this wallet?
By following all the directions and looking all over the place. I know that Coinbase is a rarely used service, but I was hoping to find something useful.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
All the help and videos much of which is really old. I tried every possible derivation path there is.

This error generally means the address you are using is not correct. Users generally use their singke addresses rather than xpub for BTC and DOGE which results in this error as explained in this guide.
Make sure you check out the guide below to export your xpub key for these chains:

I have done all of this. It is useless documentation for my situation. How can this be a platform issue still after 5 years for the most popular coin and an extremely popular coin?
