How to make a custom Nexo CSV?

Describe the problem:
Nexo has change their export of their CSV file.
Does anyone have example of the old CSV file that used to import correctly?

The old NEXO CSV exports had major problems (with exchanges from one coin to another for example). The new version (as of March 31, 2022) fixes all the previous issues. It’s a very good thing!

Now we just have to wait for KOINLY to support the new CSV format, which I am sure they will ASAP. They’ve been aware of the problems with the old NEXO CSV exports.
