# How to calculate teh TAX in Hungary?

I generated the complete tax report in koinly. I know in Hungary the TAX is 15% but which data is the base data to calculate the TAX exactly?

Hi @Pal_Monoczki

Koinly does not apply the 15% tax, so you’ll need to handle this with the help of your accountant.

You can use the data from the Complete Tax Report, such as your Net Gains, to assist with this.
