Describe the problem:
We would like to make crypto audit for our traders and we are looking to more explanation of pricing module. We already exceed the 10000 transactions with one CEX. If we are going to buy a most expensive package, do we will need pay additional? For example if we surpass 25000 transactions? Or we need to first of all, add ALL transactions, and then make payment. Issue is that we even can’t see a dashboard changes before we get a paid plan. Support bot send us here to open a thread on forum.

The Pro plan can be extended to cover as many transactions as necessary. The rate for this is $10 per 1000 transactions.
For example, a plan for 25,000 txns would cost:
$279 for the Pro plan + $150 for an additional 15,000 txns.

With Pro plan, can we use portfolio monitoring tool all the time? Or if we exceed transactions again, we will need to pay before using it again?

Koinly will continue to calculate your gains even if you exceed your plan’s limits but to a maximum of 10,000 additional transactions. If you exceed your allowable transaction limit by more than 10,000 transactions then your gains will stop updating.
