How do I change Time Zone for Cash App Desktop csv?

Cash App Time of Transaction Differs from App to browser on same phone?

My phone and desktop are set to UTC Eastern Standard time. When I look at Cash App transaction history on phone App, the transaction time is 3:30 pm, but on the same phone, viewing Cash App via browser{view as desktop) and on my computer desktop browser, the time of the transaction is 7:30.

I am trying to download the csv file with transactions, in order to upload to Koinly.

In Koinly, the transactions are not matching up.
