# HitBTC api not syncing

**Describe the problem:**

I have added my HitBTC wallet and Api key + secret key, also enabled order book and payment history on hitbtc end, does not sync

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**

HitBTC

**How did you import data into this wallet?**

API keys

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**

Delete api key, delete wallet, reload wallet and api key, try to sync again, does not sync
