Help importing transactions from BTCC?

I would really appreciate some help importing my transactions from BTCC. I’ve had them e-mail them to me in .csv, .xlsx, and .pdf

How did you import data into this wallet?
Tried .csv, .xlsx, and .pdf
Manual file import seems to be the only option for this exchange.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried re-downloading. Tried requesting a copy from the exchange’s customer service. Tried both csv and excel files.
