Harmony holdings is not reconciled. Variance shows a negative calculated balance while the actual amount is positive by the same amount

Hi,

We just recently integrated Harmony (ONE) with Koinly via API and we’re seeing a holding variance balance, which we imported from the beginning. Koinly dashboard shows a negative amount of calculated balance (58.21) ONE and the actual amount is a positive balance of 58.21 ONE.

I’m currently searching for ways how to solve it or at least figure out where it went wrong during the integration part. I didn’t import manually since we have synced via API and other coins such as Jewel and XJewel don’t have this problem.

Please advise how to fix it because we needed it for tax reconciliation purposes.
