I just set up my account and sent all types of files for uploading from my exchanges. Unfortunately, it is showing double the amount of BTC, which is throwing things off. How do I fix it. I am new to this and am not very savy tech wise. Also, I sent my Leger files, but I am not sure if it takes into consideration algorand rewards vs. simple buys/sells (which were all done on Coinbase Pro… which was also sent with the info. Also, how do I account for Helium mining rewards. I am using the soft app on my phone. But, I don’t know how to account for the mining rewards (passive income).
How do I speak with somebody to walk through these issues?
