Hello I have contacted Koinly support multiple times and received zero help – I have a pro plan for four years. I have tried uploading the excel file that Gemini sent me, but it keeps saying the file failed to upload and I need to reformat it. Has anyone else had similar issues when uploading trade/transaction history for Gemini and have any advice?
