**Describe the problem:**
API does not import things like Lending, lockup, or staking. CSV is completely incompatible.

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**

> **[Buy/Sell Bitcoin, Ethereum and 4,700+ Altcoins | Cryptocurrency Exchange |...](https://www.gate.com/)**
>
> Gate - Leading cryptocurrency exchange with over 4,700 cryptocurrencies & stablecoins such as Bitcoin ✓ Ethereum ✓ Dogecoin ✓ Start trading crypto with Gate.com now!

**How did you import data into this wallet?**
Importing CSV or API. Both ways fail.

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**
I’ve spoken with support several times over several days. Tech support simply stopped responding since May 3 so I do not know if the problem is fixable, or being worked on, or anything.

Same here.
API gives wrong reconciliation (simple spot trades & deposits / withdrawals).
And manual exports are subject to 1000 trade-per-file limits.
Even when exporting under this 1000-record limit for all trades manually (CSV), converting to Koinly format, and importing it still does not balance.

I reached out to [Gate.io](http://Gate.io) today. I think the problem is on their end, as the same problem happened when I tried to connect them to [cointracker.io](http://cointracker.io) via API. Does Koinly supprt respond to any of these requests? I’m trying this platform out before signing up. So far it seems like the best one!
