FTX import problems

Hello,
I tried to import transactions I can get from the FTX claims page. However, when importing trades, I have two problems:

  1. Trades aren’t imported, it says 200 skipped transactions of which 198 are skipped because “Please upload PnL CSV file”. What is that file? I also don’t have such file.
  2. It skips (?) internal transfers, however, I need those too. How can I make Koinly add those, too? Those are transfers from/to subaccounts but those need to be credited, too.
