# FTX ERC20 transfer fees causes a missing transaction error

**Describe the problem:**
FTX have started to charge users for transferring ERC20 tokens around. As an example, I send 10 CEL tokens from FTX to Celsuis Network. FTX charges 1CEL to transfer the tokens. In FTX, if you go to withdrawals, it will show that FTX sent 9CEL to Celsius. When this transaction is imported into Koinly, it will show that FTX transferred 10 CEL tokens and Celsius received 8 tokens. This creates the following error in Koinly:
Missing purchase history for 1 CEL

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**
Tried to follow the instructions detailed in:

Other than that, nothing as FTX have just started to charge withdrawal fees.
