FTX & BitMex API Imports Failing

I am having issues with FTX and BitMex API imports failing. The system reports “Access denied. Check your API keys or try reconnecting the wallet.”

I have tried with multiple sets of API keys and double checked the keys are being entered correctly.

Note that I have added two other exchanges via API integration without issues.

Hi, click on the ftx wallet then on the api connection - it usually shows you the error we received from ftx which may help in troubleshooting this.
