Describe the problem:
After importing a Fantom network account, I noticed that Koinly does not recognize Statera token (STA). Token’s icon is shown as gray (but if you search it from your coin list is clearly shown with his official icon), filtering by currency does not show that token’s transactions, and no market price is found for any transaction date.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Importing a Fantom network’s universal address
How did you import data into this wallet?
Auto-synced my address
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Removed and reimported the wallet didn’t help, checked the transaction details and are correct though, so is there any chance that there is an issue with the STA token in case of auto-sync?
FYI, I tried as well to import these transactions through a CSV file several time, filling out the currency column with all possible combination without success (no quotes of course):
- “STAT” ticker
- “STATERA” full token name
- “ID: 6786” which is that token’s ID in your Markets tab
So, the only solution I found for the time being was to soft delete those transactions, and reinsert them manually from your GUI, thanks god I didn’t have many of them but this is not viable…
Hey there @kostkond , yup definitely something to fix!
Can you restore one of the erroneous tx, shoot an email to support@koinly.io and let them know date and time of the transaction? You can also link to this thread.
We will forward this to our currency guy directly and get it sorted.
Cheers!
